PRIVACY

We respect your privacy at all times. Personal information provided to us by you will never be sold, shared or otherwise made available to any company, group or individual not directly affiliated with Main Street Fabrics. We may share certain information with our affiliate companies from time to time. The privacy and security of your credit card information will be protected at all times.

SECURITY

MainstreetFabrics.com uses the latest, industry-standard security system to ensure that the information you provide is protected. For further protection, we employ a second double-encryption system to safeguard the security of your credit card information. Plus, we DO NOT process your credit card charges online. Your card is charged when your order is shipped.

PAYMENT METHODS

1. BY CREDIT CARD: VISA, MasterCard and Discover are accepted. Your account will be charged upon shipment of your order. Be sure to provide us with your card number, expiration date, card holder’s correct name and signature if you are mailing or faxing your order.  

2. BY CHECK: Please print your home telephone number (including area code) when sending a check or money order to pay for your order. Also note your E-Mail address if available. All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars.  Do not send cash. Receipt of personal or business check may delay shipment of an order up to ten business days.

HANDLING CHARGE: There is a $6.50 handling charge on orders.

RETURNS: We will accept returns only on our Fabrics. 

EXCHANGES FOR SIZE: Kindly anticipate for child’s growth when ordering children’s apparel. Please review our size chart before ordering.  Your invoice number along with your instructions must be included for us to process all returns and exchanges.

THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES:

  1. After three weeks from date of shipment. Carefully check your order when received.
    Discrepancies must be reported within 10 days.
  2. On any item that has been altered, soiled, pinned, written on or mishandled in any way that makes the item unacceptable for resale.
  3. On any tights opened from packaging.
  4. On shoes either worn, altered or not in original packaging.  Shoe boxes must not be defaced.
  5. On all cut trims and yard goods.

FAX COMMUNICATIONS: Our FAX number is 1-800-933-4732. You may use this line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for ordering or for any questions. Please include your return FAX number, an E-Mail address if available and the Ref.# given to you when you placed your order on the web.

MASSACHUSETTS & VIRGINIA RESIDENTS: Add applicable sales tax. Tax exempt organizations must furnish a copy of their sales and use tax certificate of exemptions.

RETURNED CHECKS: There is a $25.00 charge on all checks returned.
